Distance Education Course for Japanese Language

JLPT has four levels – JLPT Level 4 is for beginners and JLPT Level 1 is for advanced learners. This year the Governments of India and Japan have been celebrating the Festival of India in Japan and Festival of Japan in India to commemorate Indo-Japanese Friendship year. The Government of India wants to achieve minimum 30,000 Japanese learners at the beginner’s level and to achieve this target, S&N Hayakawa Enterprises has commenced Distance Education Course by developing software in India – a multimedia interactive “Hayakawa’s Learn Japanese CD” through Professional Native Japanese Teachers, for the first time in the World, to prepare students for Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 4 which helps them to learn the following:
Japanese language has 3 different characters – Hiragana to write native Japanese origin words; Katakana to write foreign origin words & Kanji (Chinese character to denote words). The CD contains 165 Digital pages which include stroke orders with pronunciation for Hiragana, Katakana and 140 Kanji Characters to meet the JLPT Level 4 requirement.
Also the book published by Hayakawa contains 20 lessons in conversation pattern and each sentence is given in transliteration and meaning in English which corresponds to the sentences in the Book.
Contact classes are conducted at Chennai for 5 days (total 20 hours) to enable the reader to have interaction with Professional Native Japanese on the first Sunday of every month. The time and venue will be intimated separately.
The cost of undergoing Japanese Language course for JLPT Level 4 through Distance Education is as low as Rs.2, 980/- per student and the students can appear for JLPT Exam conducted by Japan Foundation on the first Sunday of every December at Chennai.
The company is also commencing classes for JLPT Level 4 to Level 1 with Professional Native Japanese at their centre on 9th Dec 2007. Interpretation and Translation services are undertaken for the benefit of the Companies.
