Job Summary
Japanese N3 Certified Professional
Troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve application issues
Analyse,propose,develop and deploy software solutions according to business demand
Follow AstraZeneca process, policies and demonstrate high values in all job responsibilities/duties
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good teamworking skills

Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve reported issues/problems
Follow good ITIL practices to resolve incidents, problems and implement changes
Execute full life-cycle of software development to deliver application enhancements/modules
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge articles or by using recommended templates
Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, major incident management
Communicate on time and follow recommended escalation channels
