Key Skills : Excellent native-level written and verbal communication skills in Japanese ( N1 / N2 / N3 ), Fresh graduate or with experience in customer support, Strong knowledge of cultural context in the transactions handled, Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment, Detail orientation and client focus, Passionate about the internet, Must be willing to work in night shift on rotational basis.
