You are requested to read them carefully before you use the services of this site.
a). The term User shall refer to the user who is browsing the Site. The term HAYAKAWA shall refer to HAYAKAWA Limited and/or its affiliates/subsidiary companies. The term Site refers to www.hayakawa.in and other websites as mentioned above, owned and monitored by HAYAKAWA.
b). By using the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by the following terms and conditions concerning your use of the Site. HAYAKAWA may revise the Terms of Use at any time without notice to you. Areas of the Site may have different terms of use posted. If there is a conflict between the Terms of Use and terms of use posted for a specific area of the Site, the latter shall have precedence with respect to your use of that area of the Site.
c). HAYAKAWA may terminate a User's access at any time for any reason. The provisions regarding a disclaimer of warranty, accuracy of information and indemnification shall survive such termination. HAYAKAWA may monitor access to the Site.
d). All content present on this site is the exclusive property of HAYAKAWA. The software, text, images, graphics, video and audio used on this site belong to HAYAKAWA. l). The information contained in the Site has been obtained from sources believed to be reliable. HAYAKAWA disclaims all warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or adequacy of such information.
m). HAYAKAWA makes no warranty that:
(i) the Site will meet your requirements;
(ii) the Site will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis;
(iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Site or any services offered through the Site will be accurate or reliable.
n). The User's right to privacy is of paramount importance to HAYAKAWA. Any information provided by the User will not be shared with any third party. HAYAKAWA reserves the right to use the information to provide the User a more personalized online experience.
o). The Site provides links to Web sites and access to content, products and services from third parties, including users, advertisers, affiliates and sponsors of the Site. You agree that HAYAKAWA is not responsible for the availability of, and content provided on, third party Web sites. The User is requested to peruse the policies posted by other Web sites regarding privacy and other topics before use. HAYAKAWA is not responsible for third party content accessible through the Site, including opinions, advice, statements and advertisements and User shall bear all risks associated with the use of such content. HAYAKAWA is not responsible for any loss or damage of any sort that a User may incur from dealing with any third party.
p). Admission & Cancellation:
1. Course fee/test fee/textbook payments once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
2. Students who absent themselves for 3 consecutive classes without prior permission of the teacher are liable to be removed from the class.
3. Upon joining any course in Hayakawa Japanese Language School, students are required to attend / participate in programmes, seminars etc. conducted by the school, when invited to do so as a part of the curriculum. Students who willfully stay away from these functions without valid reason are liable to have their admissions cancelled.
4. We reserve the right to expel students (without any refund) who intentionally damage or steal our property, who are disruptive or who harass any course participant or staff member.
5. The course details & course fees shown in the Site are subject to modification from time to time and cannot be held to be binding on us.
6. Batch change will not be permitted. However, if reasons for requesting change are felt to be genuine, this will be considered on payment of appropriate rejoining fee.
q). Please recheck your name on your activation mail and inform admin staff of any changes within two weeks from start of class.
r). Return Policy:
1. 5 day replacement only
2. Text books are eligible for free replacement, within 5 days from the date of delivery, in an unlikely event of different textbook delivered to you.
3. Please keep the text books in its original condition, with outer box or case, accessories, CDs, etc., for a successful return.
4. We may contact you to assure the text books prior to issuing replacement.
Note: Text books are non-returnable for International shipments.
